Q: How do I order product?
Step 1 :Select your product from the drop-down menu on the Perceptual SoundMaxTM Q24 Page.
Step 2 :Click on 'Add to Cart' button which will take you to your shopping cart.
Step 3 :On your shopping cart page, you can change the quantity of your preferred item.
Step 4 :You can continue to shop for another item by clicking the 'Continue shopping' button on you shopping cart page and add another item to cart.
Step 5 :You can view your cart anytime by selecting 'View Cart' from the menu.
Step 6 :When you are over with adding items to your cart, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' button which leads to your payment center.
Step 7 :Once an order is placed an email confirming order details as well as an assigned order number will be sent to you. This should be verified for accuracy. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you order is reviewed and you receive a confirmation email; for orders placed on weekends and holidays confirmation email will be sent out on the next business day. If you notice any inaccuracies in the order or if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us (Note: this should be a hyperlink) .
Q: How do I pay for my order?
Online purchases of $10,000 or below are facilitated through PayPal. You may pay for you purchase using a credit card or your PayPal account. For purchases exceeding this limit, please contact us at sales@atc-labs.com
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
For buyers in North America a flat shipping and handling charge at the rate of $165/unit is charged. Buyers outside North America will be contacted for any differences in shipping cost and delivery of the product shall be contingent upon the payment of the remaining shipping and handling cost.
Q: When will I receive my order?
This product usually ships in 3-4 weeks; 2-3 days after placing an order a second email with the expected ship date will be sent to you. You will receive a third and final email at the time your product ships including the tracking information.
Q: Where do I check or follow upon my order?
Throughout the order fulfillment stage we will advise you regularly with any updates to the expected shipment date. In case of any unexpected an unusual delays in the processing of your order, you will be notified promptly and will be given an option to change and/or cancel you order. Q: How do I change my order?
For any changes in order contact us with your order number assigned in your confirmation email. Changes are only possible during early stages of order processing. Although we will make full attempts to accommodate any reasonable change requests, this is not always guaranteed.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Once an order enters production (usually 2-3 days after the placement of an order) it is not possible to cancel an order.

We want you to be fully convinced regarding the sound quality and features offered by Perceptual SoundMaxTM before proceeding with and order.
