Andre Partyka, MSEE
Mr. Partyka has nearly 30 years of experience in design and development of electronic circuits and embedded software for consumer electronics in area of wireless communications for data, voice and video applications. His experience also includes leading engineering efforts at various managerial levels in small and large organizations. He is known, to those who worked with him, for enormous breadth and depth of knowledge in several areas including embedded software, signal processing, data communications, wireless devices and systems, control systems, hardware design and RF circuits, as well as cutting edge integrated circuit development for software defined radios for CDMA and OFDM based applications.
For his outstanding contributions, Mr. Partyka became a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and AT&T Bell Laboratories after only four years at AT&T in the early nineties. Mr. Partyka was also a Senior Consultant at PA Consulting a premier UK/European technology and business consulting company where he led projects for UPS, American Standards, Reuters and other companies. Mr. Partyka led the development of commercial receiver platforms for Lucent Digital Radio/iBiquity Digital from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Partyka holds over two dozens of patents.
